globainsight today launched its Self-Serve Survey Builder, a new entry-tier product that brings the company's enterprise-grade survey infrastructure to small and medium businesses, startups, and independent researchers. Priced at £99 per study (including panel access), the Self-Serve tier radically lowers the barrier to research-grade consumer insights.
The Self-Serve Survey Builder includes AI-assisted question design (using the same optimization engine that enterprise clients use), access to globainsight's verified panel with 400+ targeting attributes, automated response quality scoring, and a streamlined reporting dashboard. Surveys can be designed, fielded, and analysed in under an hour — compared to weeks for traditional research approaches.
'There are millions of businesses that need consumer insights but can't justify a six-figure research budget or a dedicated insights team,' said Devon Hartwell, VP of Product Growth at globainsight. The Self-Serve tier has been in beta with 2,000 small businesses since November 2025, with early users reporting an average Net Promoter Score of 72. The company plans to add self-serve conjoint analysis and concept testing later in 2026.
